For both actors and actresses, getting an early start in show business often helps out when it comes to landing some big roles. Such is the case for one actress, namely Crystal Hunt.
Crystal Hunt is a Clearwater, Florida native who was born in 1985 and is a known entertainer in Hollywood. Hunt’s career stretches as far back as the age of two years old, when she was just taking part in pageants. Her area of participation was acting, but as she grew older she began to leave small pageants behind in favor of events and functions that would land her a bigger role. She ended up earning a spot on television, more specifically in a television ad alongside pop band *NSYNC. The commercial was an anti-drug advertisement that happened to be taking place during the 25th anniversary celebration of the Walt Disney Company.
Crystal Hunt eventually landed her biggest role to date, when she was cast as the character of Lizzie Spaulding in the daytime soap opera Guiding Light. She played on the show starting in 2003 and ending in 2006, even earning a Daytime Emmy Award nomination for Outstanding Younger Actress in a Drama Series for 2005. Hunt’s other big role to date was again on television and on another soap opera, this time for ABC’s One Life to Live, where she played the role of Stacy Morasco.
Although having roles in two different soap operas was Crystal Hunt’s claim to fame, she has had work in other forms of television and cinema. She has landed roles in films such as The Derby Stallion in 2005, Sydney White in 2007 and most recently, as the character of Lauren in the 2015 summer movie hit Magic Mike XXL.
